Rockets guard James Harden still seeks trade after John Wall acquisition
The saga continues for the Houston Rockets. The new season looms as they try to find a solution to James Harden’s desire to be traded. Harden hasn’t backed off his trade demand even after the acquisition of John Wall. Harden reportedly approved the trade involving Russell Westbrook being sent to the Washington Wizards.

According to Ramona Shelburne and Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN, the Rockets superstar still wants to be traded elsewhere.
The arrival of John Wall has left All-NBA guard James Harden unmoved and uninterested in pursuing a new partnership, and the franchise star continues to push the Houston Rockets for a trade, sources told ESPN.
Despite this ongoing desire to be traded by the Rockets, Harden is ready to rejoin the team for now.
After detouring to social engagements in Atlanta and Las Vegas before reporting late for training camp last week, Harden — a league MVP and three-time NBA scoring champion — has expressed to Rockets ownership and management his intention to be professional and engaged upon joining the team, sources said.

Harden is back in the fold temporarily in Houston. Although, it remains to be seen how things will pan out for the Rockets. All indications point to a trade being made eventually, but how long that may take is anyone’s guess at this point in time.
The real question is where will Harden land. The Philadelphia 76ers and Brooklyn Nets appear to be the favorites, but anything can happen as was the case with Harden’s former teammate Chris Paul who landed with the Phoenix Suns recently.
