Can the Philadelphia Eagles Attack their way to the Super Bowl?

The Philadelphia Eagles are currently the sixth favorites to win the Super Bowl at + 1400.

Most of the summer attention has been on the Patriots, the Chiefs, the Saints, the Browns, the Bears and the Rams. However, they haven’t been the only ones building a team with Super Bowl credentials.

The Philadelphia Eagles have added DeSean Jackson, Jordan Howard, Miles Sanders and J.J Arcega-Whiteside to an already formidable offense.

Those additions, coupled with a fit-again Carson Wentz pulling strings will make the Philadelphia Eagles an exciting watch this season.

The new group has yet to prove itself, but it definitely has the ability to outscore most teams this season.

While that may have been lost on many NFL observers, it isn’t lost on Carson Wentz. The fourth year quarterback said he was excited for the season ahead on Wednesday.

“It’s going to be exciting, you know. It’s going to be like every single week one or first game. It’s always a lot of fun being at home, that always creates more excitement,” Wentz said.

“Just running out of the tunnel to our fans, knowing how electric it will be at one o’clock on Sunday. It gets me real excited. It’s only Wednesday, so I’m trying not to get to excited right now, but we’re all pretty excited to get this going.”

Carson Wentz has unfinished business with the postseason. He missed their 2017 win as well as last season’s playoffs due to injury. With the talent he now has to combine with, his chance to have a big postseason is now.

“I think everyone’s really excited because we know we have a lot of talent, we know we have the ability to do something special, but it’s going to take us executing, putting it together on the field,” Wentz said.
