Jennifer Lopez, Shakira will headline Super Bowl LIV halftime show
While we don’t yet know what two teams will be headlining the action for Super Bowl LIV, the NFL has reportedly decided on its two biggest acts for the Super Bowl’s halftime show in Miami.
Jennifer Lopez and Shakira will be the two headliners for the halftime show at Hard Rock Stadium on Feb. 2, 2020.
According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, the NFL is expected to add additional performers for the show, but those names aren’t likely to be announced until later.

The choice of J.Lo and Shakira makes a lot of sense, and not just because they’re both world-famous, but they also both have close ties to Miami and dozens of hit songs and albums between them.
The NFL is hoping they will add some local flavor to next year’s halftime festivities.
Lopez and Shakira could also help boost viewership for the 2020 match-up. Lopez has 44 million Twitter followers and Shakira has 51.5 million. Even those fans who are not interested in football will likely tune in just to see these two megastars perform.
Both ladies took to Twitter Thursday afternoon to tease the collaboration, each sharing a photo of the other.
