Marshawn Lynch will be league minimum by Seahawks
Running back Marshawn Lynch answered the call when the Seattle Seahawks, in a desperate situation at running back, needed to bring more talent in for a critical Week 17 game.
After agreeing to a deal earlier this week, Lynch’s sudden availability for Sunday’s game will yield a game check equaling the league minimum for a single game.
For any player with more than 10 years of experience, the minimum is $1,030,000 for the entire season, which breaks down to $60,588 per week over 17 weeks.
For his return to Seattle, #Seahawks RB Marshawn Lynch will make $60,588 in Week 17, plus whatever the playoff share ends up being… plus his share of online sales of “Unfinished business” and “Back in Action” apparel on his website.

According to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport, Lynch will receive $60,588 in Week 17 and receive whatever playoff share the team receives based off how far they make it in the upcoming playoffs.
The good news for Lynch is that he’s actually going to have a chance to make even more money than that. During the playoffs, each player is paid based on how far their team makes it.
