NCAAB AP Poll and Future Odds Up Date, Kentucky

The top five in the AP poll remained unchanged for the fourth consecutive week, as the poll begins to balance out. However, both Louisville and Villanova suffered some big losses that shook up the rest of the list a bit.

as Louisville and Villanova fell down the poll, Kentucky began making it way back to the top where it traditionally has stood over the years.  Toledo remains undefeated and still ignored as they still did not manage to crack the top 25. Here is the full list:

1              Arizona (60)

2              Syracuse (5)

3              Ohio State

4              Wisconsin

5              Michigan State

6              Oklahoma State

7              Duke

8              Wichita State

9              Baylor

10           Oregon

11           Villanova

12           Florida

13           Iowa State

14           Louisville

15           Kentucky

16           Kansas

17           Connecticut

18           Memphis

19           North Carolina

20           Colorado

21           San Diego State

22           Iowa

23           Massachusetts

24           Gonzaga

25          Missouri

Louisville suffered the biggest drop of the week from No. 6 in the nation to No. 14 and with good reason.  They have had a relatively easy schedule and when they take on teams that a worth a count they lose. Not only was it a loss to Kentucky, but it was a terrible loss to Kentucky.

Syracuse was not able to topple Arizona off the top of the heap, despite an impressive win against Villanova, though they did begin to close in with some extra votes this week. Syracuse will need to keep waiting in the wings and hope for an Arizona loss in order to topple this team.

Toledo is still undefeated and still remains unranked. Many are expecting Toledo to drop a game on Monday to Kansas. If they do lose they will likely be absent from the AP Poll all season.  However, if they beat the No. 16 team in the nation they will have to be recognized.

Meanwhile, the odds over at Bovada have also changed as Louisville dropped down to the sixth best odds in the country at taking the Championship with 9/1. Arizona remains on top of the odds with 11/2, while Kentucky finds itself tied for second best odds in the nation with Kansas with 13/2 odds.
