Dolphins star Tyreek Hill ruled out for the season
The 2025 NFL season has been challenging for Tua Tagovailoa and the Miami Dolphins, with the once-promising young team struggling to stay competitive and secure wins on a weekly basis.
Even though the Dolphins were able to secure their first win of the season on Monday night against the division rival New York Jets, Miami’s first win came at a cost, with superstar wide receiver going down with a horrific leg injury, which will result in him missing the rest of the season, according to Marcel Lewis-Jacques of ESPN.
Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill will not need another surgery after undergoing a major procedure Tuesday to repair his dislocated left knee and multiple torn ligaments, including his ACL, agent Drew Rosenhaus told ESPN’s Adam Schefter.

Although Hill’s immediate future looks bleak with a long recovery process ahead of him, Drew Rosenhaus, the veteran wide receiver’s agent, claims his client will be back on the field next season.
“It’s about rehab, and he will play next season,” Rosenhaus told Schefter. “The realistic goal is the start of the season.”
As for the Dolphins, head coach Mike McDaniel and his coaching staff have to pivot after losing arguably their best offensive weapon to this injury.
“It’s a challenge that it doesn’t matter how difficult it is, no one [outside the building] really cares,” he said. “You have to find a way to get yourself to continue to get better, like all teams, for you to stay in the win column.”
