5. Los Angeles Chargers (30/1)
If you’re going to bet on a big value, take a young, talented quarterback with an unknown at head coach. Brandon Staley is getting his first crack at running an NFL team (or any team, for that matter). At 37 years old, he could be a big flop. However, Staley could be excellent after learning under Los Angeles Rams whiz kid Sean McVay and lead the Chargers to their first title since winning it all in the American Football League in 1963.
4. Green Bay Packers (12/1)
The Packers were the best team in the NFC — and maybe the entire NFL — last year before being derailed by Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the NFC Championship Game. While the offseason has been nothing short of a nightmare for Green Bay, this is a team with the reining MVP at quarterback at Aaron Rodgers, an All-Pro level receiver in Davante Adams and one of the league’s best offensive lines. Green Bay is more than capable of winning Super Bowl 56.

3. Tennessee Titans (28/1)
What to make of the Titans? Few teams have one more to reshape their roster in the offseason. Tennessee brought in edge rusher Bud Dupree and wide receiver Julio Jones to headline the retooling, and if everything goes according to plan, Tennessee should win the AFC South. If Tennessee can improve in sacks and third down on defense — two areas of major issue last year — the Titans have the offense with Jones, fellow receiver A.J. Brown, running back Derrick Henry and quarterback Ryan Tannehill to be a problem.
2. Cleveland Browns (16/1)
The Browns might h ave the best roster in football. Offensively, the weapons are terrific in receivers Odell Beckham Jr. and Jarvis Landry, tight ends Austin Hooper and David Njoku, and running backs Nick Chubb and Kareem Hunt. Then there’s the best offensive line in football and a defense which added safety John Johnson III, corners Troy Hill and Greg Newsome, and edge rusher Jadeveon Clowney. If quarterback Baker Mayfield levels up, look out.

1. Seattle Seahawks (25/1)
The Seahawks have Russell Wilson at quarterback and a handful of stars orbiting him. That alone makes Seattle, which has only missed the playoffs once in Wilson’s career, an intriguing bet. Receivers D.K. Metcalf and Tyler Lockett are excellent, but more importantly, the offensive line was upgraded with guard Gabe Jackson coming over from the Las Vegas Raiders. While the defense is concerning, Seattle has stars at each level in safety Jamal Adams, linebacker Bobby Wagner and edge rusher Carlos Dunlap. This is a very good team.
