A list of Pro Football Hall of Fame nominees was released Wednesday, and legendary quarterback Brett Favre leads the expansive list.

Favre, who retired as the career leader of a handful of passing categories, is eligible for the first time. Terrell Owens, Alan Faneca, Clinton Portis, Brian Westbrook, Keith Bulluck, Lawyer Milloy, Darren Sharper, John Carney and Ethan Albright also fit that billing.

Of the first-ballot guys, Favre is a shoo-in. There’s no doubt about it.

Owens presents an intriguing case, but T.O. might not be inducted for a couple years—similar to Faneca, though the six-time All-Pro guard could wait a couple more rounds to finally receive his gold jacket. Everyone else was a great player, but most of them probably won’t survive the initial cut.

Per NFL.com, the 100-plus-man list must be cut down to 25 in November

The Associated Press (via ESPN) notes the 10 finalists from 2015 who reappear on the ballot. Those 10 include seven players—Kurt Warner, Terrell Davis, Marvin Harrison, Orlando Pace, Kevin Greene, John Lynch and Morten Andersen—as well as three coaches in Don Coryell, Tony Dungy and Jimmy Johnson.

Favre, Harrison, Pace, Greene and Dungy are likely on their way to receiving a bust in Canton, and hopefully Owens, Faneca, Warner, Lynch, Andersen and Coryell—among others—join the 2016 inductees in following years.
