Thomas Improve Cavs Future Odds
The Cleveland Cavs future odds have improved since the stunning trade that sent Kyrie Irving to Boston and brought Isaiah Thomas to Cleveland.
Cleveland was always the teams behind the Golden State Warriors, but they were well behind them. The updated futures have them very close to the defending champs, as Golden State is 4/7, while the Cavs are 4/1.
Also the Spurs who have been right behind the Cavs in the odds list for months have now fallen to the fifth best odds behind the Boston Celtics and the Houston Rockets. The Celtics of course acquired Irving in the Thomas trade, while the Rockets have acquired Chris Paul and rumors have it that Carmelo Anthony will also be coming to Houston before the start of the season.
