Blue Jays Rolling In Standings And Futures
Not only are the Toronto Blue Jay on their way to dethroning the New York Yankees in the AL East, they are showing that they can already beat the top team in their division with a recent 8-0 win. That series continues tomorrow.
The Blue Jays are 9-1 over their last ten games and have won seven consecutive games. They have climbed up the future odds as well with +600 odds or about 16/1. Not bad for a team that was 25/1 earlier this week.
If the playoffs started today, the Blue Jays would be a Wildcard, after being on the outside looking in just last week.
Part of the Jays success has come by way of picking up Troy Tulowitzki before the trade deadline back in July. Tulowitzki has started eight games in Toronto, and the Blue Jays have won all eight.
