Mayfield Makes A Splash In Heisman Trophy Odds

The Heisman Trophy player odds have remained virtually the same after Week 2 of NCAA action. One player saw some major movement up the odds.

Oklahoma’s Baker Mayfield is now a top ten favorites to win the Heisman Trophy. The Oklahoma quarterback led his team to recover from a 17-point deficit to defeat Tennessee 31-24 in double overtime. The performance was enough for the books to take notice.

Clemson’s Deshaun Watson saw the biggest drop in the Heisman odds despite a a solid performance on the road in Louisville.

Ohio State quarterback Cardale Jones and running back Ezekiel Elliot remain at the top of the odds.
