Tuesday College Bowl Odds

Tonight offers up two interesting college Bowl games and with it comes some of our College Bowl odds.

College Bowl Odds: Russell Athletic Bowl

The Russell Athletic Bowl will pit the Baylor Bears against the Tar Heels.

Most assumed that the Bears were the safe bet going into this one. The line opened with Baylor as -3.5 favorites. However, with the announcement that the Bears are riddled with injuries the line has now swung in favor of the Tar Heels as -3.5-point favorites.

The total for the game is set at 69.5 points. The UNDER is 1-3-1 in bowl games pitting a Big 12 team against an ACC team since 2008. Baylor has hit the OVER seven times this season. UNC has hit the OVER seven times as well.

College Bowl Odds: Advo Care V100 Texas Bowl

The Texas Bowl will see Texas Tech take on the N0.20-ranked team in the nation LSU. LSU are -7-point favorites in this game.

This is one of three bowl games that will see SEC teams take on a Big 12 squad. Historically the SEC dominates the Big 12 in postseason play. Not only do SEC team win but they also cover. Over 17 bowl games pitting SEC teams against Big 12 teams SEC teams are 15-2 straight up and have covered in 14 of those contests when the SEC team is listed as the favorite.
