Updated World Series Odds: Cubs Still Among Favorites
It was 1945 the last time the Chicago Cubs went to a World Series. It was 1908 the last time they won. However, this year could be different according to the World Series Odds.
The Cubs have been on the top or near the top of the odds since the MLB World Series futures opened. It will not be an easy road for Chicago.
The Cubs will have to get past defending NL Central division winners the St. Louis Cardinals. Not to mention many are pegging the Pittsburgh Pirates as serious contenders this year. Chicago may be in one of the toughest division in the MLB this season.
Also, in the latest updated World Series odds from Bovada, Chicago has the Tornoto BLue Jays, New York Mets and Los Angeles Dodgers ahead of them.
