Warriors Still Favorites Despite Curry Injury

Stephen Curry will not play in Game 5 of the Houston Rockets versus the Golden State Warriors. However, the Warriors odds as favorites are unchanged without Curry on the court.

Curry Injured, Warriors Odds Unchanged

The Warriors are up in the series 3-1 and will look to put this whole thing to an end Wednesday night at 10:30 p.m. ET. The Warriors are -8.5-point favorites over at Bovada and that number does not get much different around the sports books.

Without Curry on the floor, bettors have been cautious to take the UNDER. With a total set at 201.5, the last game in the series hit the OVER. The Rockets defense, or lack thereof, may also make the OVER a tempting bet.

Curry has a minor knee injury but will miss two weeks of play. If the Warriors close the series tomorrow, Curry will still miss a few games of his team’s next series.
