Steelers RB Le’Veon Bell tweets possible return date

Le’Veon Bell will apparently make his long-awaited return to the Steelers on Friday, September 1.

Bell posted the above return date on Twitter on Tuesday night after a fan asked him when he was going to return to the team.

Bell skipped Pittsburgh’s entire training camp and the first three weeks of the preseason after declining the team’s longterm offer on July 17. The contract offer was reportedly worth an average of about $12 million a season.
