Armed Forces Bowl Odds

The Armed Forces Bowl odds have San Diego State as -6-point favorites against the Army with a total set at 46 points.

Expect Army to hit the turf running in this one. Army led the nation in rushing yards per game this season with 355.8 yards. San Diego State is 11th in the country with 252.8 rushing yards per game.

Army is new to the Bowl scenes. They defeated the Navy for the second straight year. Last year that earned them a spot in the Heart of Texas Bowl where they won in overtime. This year their win secured them a spot in the Armed Forces Bowl, their first appearance there since 2010.

San Diego will be making their eighth straight bowl appearance. The team was 10-2 on the season just missing out on their division championship game.

Total bettors should have room to play with the 46-point total. The Aztecs have scored 28 or more points in nine of their last 12 games this season. Traditionally, the Armed Forces Bowl is also a high-scoring affair.
