NFL Week 11 odds: Case for the favorites

NFL Week 11 kicks off with the Steelers VS the Browns on Thursday night football. We take a look at all favorites bets for NFL Week 11.

Pittsburgh Steelers at Cleveland Browns (-3)

The Browns are at home on a short week. It’s always a big advantage, although the travel isn’t much for the Steelers in this regard. Cleveland is also incredibly desperate.

Atlanta Falcons at Carolina Panthers (-5.5)

The Panthers are the much better team, at home, facing virtual elimination if they don’t win a game against the two-win Falcons. Should be a victory.

Buffalo Bills (-5.5) at Miami Dolphins

Buffalo went to Cleveland and lost. The Bills now go to South Beach trying to cool off the suddenly-hot Dolphins. The defense should, and will, lead the way.

Dallas Cowboys (-3.5) at Detroit Lions

Dallas is trying to keep its lead in the NFC East over Philadelphia, and it could get a huge break by drawing Jeff Driskel and not Matthew Stafford.

Denver Broncos at Minnesota Vikings (-10.5)

Minnesota is playing really well, save for a blip in Kansas City. The Broncos simply don’t have the firepower — or the offensive line — to deal with the Vikings.

Houston Texans at Baltimore Ravens (-4)

Great game here. The Ravens are one of the hottest teams in football. Houston is solid, but can it slow down Lamar Jackson at home? Brutal assignment right now.

Jacksonville Jaguars at Indianapolis Colts (-3)

The Colts know they need to win after dropping consecutive games to the Steelers and Dolphins. If they don’t handle business against Jacksonville, it’s time to pack it up.

New York Jets at Washington Redskins (-1.5)

The Redskins are coming off a bye week, and the Jets are horrendous. That’s all we’ve got.

New Orleans Saints (-5.5) at Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Drew Brees and Co. are in for a tough week of practice after losing by 17 points at home to the Falcons. The Bucs will be getting New Orleans’ best effort, which will be more than enough.

Arizona Cardinals at San Francisco 49ers (-13.5)

We just saw this game in Arizona, and the 49ers were in control throughout. No reason not to believe the gap doesn’t widen with the venue shifting to Santa Clara.

Cincinnati Bengals at Oakland Raiders (-10.5)

The Raiders are playing really well and are coming together as a singular unit. The Bengals have to come across the country. Oh, they’re also winless.

New England Patriots (-3.5) at Philadelphia Eagles

The Patriots lost and then had a bye week. The Eagles are a good team, at home, also off a bye, but getting New England in this spot, with that secondary, is hardly ideal.

Chicago Bears at Los Angeles Rams (-7)

Mitchell Trubisky isn’t going on the road and beating a good team.

Kansas City Chiefs (-4) at Los Angeles Chargers

If the Chiefs don’t come out furious after that travesty in Nashville, there’s no hope. Kansas City is simply the better team.
