NFL Week 10 lines: Reason to bet on each favorite
Looking at the NFL Week 10 lines, the favorites are getting some solid odds. Here’s a reason to have confidence in each.
Indianapolis Colts at Tennessee Titans (-1.5)
Tennessee is at home for the short week, always a nice advantage. Additionally, the Titans face a Colts team which struggles to score consistently, something Tennessee’s middling defense will happily welcome in.
Houston Texans at Cleveland Browns (-3)
Cleveland is off the bye week and draws Houston at home. The Texans have one of the league’s worst defenses against the pass. The Browns can hit them big on play-action.
Jacksonville Jaguars at Green Bay Packers (-14)
The Packers are at home with the matchup of Jake Luton against Aaron Rodgers. Jacksonville hasn’t won since Week 1. This, frankly, should be over by halftime.
Philadelphia Eagles (-3.5) at New York Giants
Philadelphia is another favorite off the bye, and only having minimal travel ahead. The Eagles are getting healthier, providing reason to believe Carson Wentz will improve.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers (-6) at Carolina Panthers
After what happened to Tampa Bay on Sunday night, look for a very, very motivated Bucs team on Sunday. Also, the Panthers could be without Christian McCaffrey who is dealing with a shoulder injury.
Washington Football Team at Detroit Lions (-3.5)
The Lions are at home, and Washington is about to start its third quarterback in nine games. Enough said.
Buffalo Bills at Arizona Cardinals (-1.5)
The Cardinals have to win. At 5-3 in the brutally tough NFC West, Arizona has no room for error. Look for Kyler Murray to exploit a weak Buffalo defense, both through the air and on the ground.
Denver Broncos at Las Vegas Raiders (-5.5)
Las Vegas is playing really well offensively, and while the Raiders are susceptible defensively, the Broncos haven’t done much on offense, led by quarterback Drew Lock.
Los Angeles Chargers at Miami Dolphins (-2.5)
Simply put, the Chargers are a mess. Tua Tagovailoa also looked very good in his second start, beginning his NFL career at 2-0.
Cincinnati Bengals at Pittsburgh Steelers (-7.5)
Pittsburgh is the league’s only undefeated team. The Steelers also lead the NFL in all kinds of pressure stats, and against Cincinnati and rookie quarterback Joe Burrow, that’ll become a factor.

San Francisco 49ers at New Orleans Saints (-9.5)
San Francisco has nobody left. The Saints basically need to show up and avoid a litany of turnovers.
Seattle Seahawks at Los Angeles Rams (-1.5)
Los Angeles is off the bye and knows it can take the NFC West lead with a win. Also, Seattle has an atrocious defense. Look for fireworks from Jared Goff and Co.
Baltimore Ravens (-7) at New England Patriots
The Ravens are a top-five team, and while the Patriots are proud, they’re without any real weapons. Baltimore will blitz Cam Newton into oblivion.
Minnesota Vikings (-2.5) at Chicago Bears
The Vikings have won two straight and are drawing the Bears on a three-game skid. Minnesota has the better quarterback, and better weapons, by a mile.
