NFL Week 14 schedule: 5 best games to bet underdogs
NFL Week 14 began on Thursday night, signaling the final four games of the season for every squad. Here are the best underdogs to bet on.
5. Jacksonville Jaguars (+7.5) vs Tennessee Titans
This is all about the line, the Titans’ defense and the half-point hook. Jacksonville hasn’t won a game since Week 1, but the offense has some playmakers in rookie receiver Laviska Shenault and running back James Robinson. If Mike Glennon plays the way he has the past two weeks, Tennessee will have a tough time keeping the Jaguars under 24 points. Do the Titans get to 32? Maybe.
4. Las Vegas Raiders (+3) vs. Indianapolis Colts
The Raiders have to win this game. The Colts would love to win, and it would almost certainly put them in the playoffs, but it isn’t quite as important for them. Las Vegas is coming off a hideous 43-6 loss to the Atlanta Falcon two weeks ago before beating the New York Jets with a miracle on Sunday. This is a must-win, at home, with Derek Carr knowing this contest might define his future.

3. Los Angeles Chargers (+2.5) vs. Atlanta Falcons
Simply, this game is going to be insane. Both teams are ready to blow a huge lead at moments notice. There’s zero reason to think one blows out the other, especially considering the way all their games have gone this season. If anything, this feels guaranteed to come down to the final minute with one team trying to hit a last-second field goal.
2. Detroit Lions (+7.5) vs. Green Bay Packers
The Lions, despite being 5-7, are only one game out of a playoff spot. They have finally gotten rid of the human wreckage that was head coach Matt Patricia. In other words, they’re playing both free and motivated. Green Bay is clearly the better team at 9-3, and it’s getting an MVP performance from quarterback Aaron Rodgers. Yet thesis a divisional battle on the road for the Packers.

Expect Rodgers and Co. to win, but for the game to be reasonably close.
1. New York Giants (+2.5) vs. Arizona Cardinals
Why are the Giants an underdog in this game? Arizona has lost four of its previous five with the only win being the wild game against the Buffalo Bills that ended with the Hail Mary pass to DeAndre Hopkins. Meanwhile, the Giants have won their last four games to get into first place of the NFC East. New York is playing tough defense under coordinator Patrick Graham and head coach Joe Judge. No reason not to ride Big Blue here.
