Obviously, Kawhi Leonard joining forces with the likes of Butler and Bam Adebayo with Erik Spoelstra and Pat Riley at the helm is a scary thought for the rest of the Eastern Conference, let alone the rest of the league. However, ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski doesn’t see the superstar forward leaving his hometown of Los Angeles for South Beach, via Bleacher Report.
On the latest episode of The Woj Pod (starts at 41:50 mark), ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski reported he “doesn’t sense” that Leonard will leave the Clippers amid rumors he could join the Miami Heat.

The Clippers remain one of the best teams in the Western Conference this season and have a decent shot of winning it all. However, the team has battled numerous injuries during Leonard’s stint, which may have prevented the team from achieving its true potential.
That being said, signing with the Heat might be an intriguing possibility for Leonard if he feels he has a better chance to win alongside Butler than he does with Paul George. Before the two-time NBA champion agreed to sign with the Clippers, he demanded the team bring in another star and asked Butler to join him before reaching out to George, which makes things interesting heading into an uncertain summer.
