Jurrell Casey Announces Retirement From the NFL
Tennessee Titans defensive tackle Jurrell Casey has announced his retirement from the NFL after a ten year career.Â
Jurrell Casey made five consecutive Pro Bowls from 2015 – 2019. Only Aaron Donald, Geno Atkins and Fletcher Cox achieved the same feat as interior defenders.
The consistent 31 year old amassed at least 5 sacks and 40 tackles every year from 2013 – 2019. He is among Calais Campbell, Carlos Dunlap, Chandler Jones and Cameron Jordan in that respect.
Jurrell Casey retires with 51 sacks and 507 tackles over his ten seasons. He ranks 7th in sacks in Titans history. As well as that, he is a two-time Walter Payton NFL Man of the Year nominee.
