NFL Week 6 schedule: 5 best games this weekend
Looking at the NFL Week 6 schedule, these five games are going to define the weekend and conversation coming out of it.
5. Denver Broncos at Los Angeles Chargers (-4.5)
This might seem like a weird game on the list, but think about it. We get the Broncos in primetime, again, despite everything we’ve seen. At this point, it’s almost a morbid curiosity. Denver is 2-3 and desperately needs to win after a hideous loss last Thursday night against the Indianapolis Colts. Meanwhile, the Chargers are trying to overcome injuries to become 4-2 and fight with the Kansas City Chiefs atop the AFC West.

4. Cincinnati Bengals (-2.5) at New Orleans Saints
Andy Dalton faces his old team with the Bengals coming to town. Yet Dalton isn’t the only one seeing familiar faces, with Joe Burrow coming back to the Superdome where he won a national championship for the local LSU Tigers. Cincinnati is the better team, but both the Saints and Bengals are each 2-3 and have enough talent to be playoff teams. Yet the loser will be sitting at 2-4 and in real trouble.
3. Baltimore Ravens (-5.5) at New York Giants
This is the Wink Martindale game. After years with the Ravens, the veteran defensive coordinator is now with the Giants, in his first year running Big Blue. So far, the results have been there. The ultra-aggressive Martindale has helped New York get off to a 4-1 start, one game better than his old team. Now, the Ravens come to MetLife Stadium trying to extend their lead in the AFC North by handling a young Giants team that’s gaining confidence by the hour.

2. Dallas Cowboys at Philadelphia Eagles (-6.5)
Philadelphia is the only unbeaten team in the league, and it’ll put that fact on the line against the Cowboys on Sunday night. Dallas is 4-1 and is riding a four-game winning streak with backup quarterback Cooper Rush at the helm. Rush will be under center once more, and he’ll be facing an excellent Eagles defense which marries the defensive front and secondary as well as anybody. On the other side of the ball, Philadelphia hopes MVP candidate Jalen Hurts continues his ascension against a great pass rush.
1. Buffalo Bills (-2.5) at Kansas City Chiefs
What else? Patrick Mahomes and Josh Allen. 13 Seconds. It’s all there. The Chiefs and Bills are largely seen as the two best teams in the league, and they clash this weekend, fighting for the best record in the AFC. Best game of the year.
