Vikings superstar Justin Jefferson reflects on ‘unreal’ catch
Through his first two-plus seasons, Minnesota Vikings star wide receiver Justin Jefferson has established himself as one of the game’s top offensive talents.
Jefferson continues to put on impressive performances on a weekly basis. No more so than in the Vikings’ comeback win against the Buffalo Bills.
He put up yet another dominating outing, posting 10 catches for 193 receiving yards and a touchdown. Within that stellar showing, he made an unbelievable one-handed reception by somehow snagging the ball away from Bills defensive back Cam Davis, who was draped all over his back.

After the game, Jefferson touched on how remarkable the moment was while taking a bigger-picture approach.
“It felt like it was unreal, felt like a movie,†Jefferson said, via Andrew Krammer of the Minneapolis Star-Tribune. “I told everybody this means, this is our season, for us to win out, go to the Super Bowl. We just got to keep working.â€
The LSU product is amid another highly productive campaign, ranking fourth with 69 receptions, second with 1,060 receiving yards, and four touchdowns. He has posted north of 100 receiving yards six times, including three games with double-digit receptions.

Jefferson is on pace to set the all-time single-season mark with 2,002 receiving yards along with 130 catches. If the Vikings hope to contend for the Super Bowl, he will need to be a significant part of the equation as Kirk Cousins’ primary offensive weapon.
The Vikings are in the driver’s seat in the NFC north behind an 8-1 record, holding a golden opportunity to secure the top seed in the NFC playoff picture. Much of the regular season remains, but Minnesota sits in a promising position.
