NFC East Odds for Week 15
Things couldn’t be much tighter in a division as they are in the NFC East Division of the NFL. The New York Giants lead it at 8-5.The Dallas Cowboys and Washington Redskins are right behind at 7-6. Since the three teams in this division are so tight, it is like they’ve been playing elimination games for a couple of week now, although they have managed to get themselves back into the NFC Wild Card picture.
Last week, all four teams in this division won, which is not really a surprise. These teams know when it is time to get serious. They’ve been doing this for a while now. They know how to winclose games. They know how to win on the road and they know how to win late.
Tonight, the Cincinnati Bengals are visiting the Philadelphia Eagles in a game that matters to the Bengals. The Eagles are now playing spoiler and doing it well. Last week they broke the hearts of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on the game’s last play to snap their eight game losing streak. This week they will try to victimize the Bengals.
5Dimes has odds on this week’s NFC East games:
Cincinnati at Philadelphia- Bengals are -4.5 -110 or -220. Eagles are +4.5 -110 or +180. Over/under on the game is 44.5. We like the Eagles +4.5 and the under.
New York Giants at Atlanta Falcons- The Giants are +105. The Falcons are -125. Over Under is 51. The Falcons are coming off an awful performance against the lowly Carolina Panthers last week. The Giants are ready to pounce. We like the Giants and the over. These two could very well meet again in the playoffs.
Pittsburgh Steelers at Dallas Cowboys– Steelers are -1 -120 or -127. Cowboys are +1 +100 or +107. Over/under is 44. We like the Cowboys +107 and the under. Both teams badly need a win in theis one. This is what amounts to a playoff game.
Washington Redskins at Cleveland Browns- This game is off the books pending the status of Robert Griffin III. As soon as it is determined whether he will play this week, check back for odds on the game.
