NHL: Blues @ Kings Preview
The St. Louis Blues will be looking for a bit of redemption on Tuesday night when they take on the LA Kings.
This is the first time the Blues will meet the Kings since getting eliminated from the first round of the 2013 Stanley Cup Playoffs. LA eliminated the Blues in six games.
Now these two teams will face off again, this time the Blues may have the edge, or at least the momentum. Â The Blues are 7-2-1 on their last ten games, while the Kings are 5-1-4 on their last ten.
The Blues will be looking to rebound off a 6-3 loss to the San Jose Sharks. Â The loss snapped their five game win streak. It was only the second time in the month of November that the Blues allowed a team to score more than three goals. St. Louis will be looking to return to a more proper form in this game.
The Kings are also coming off of a loss. They lost to the Calgary Flames, 2-1, thanks to a goal scored by Mike Cammalleri with less than half a minute left to play.
This will be the first of three games that will take place between these two teams this season. Â They will play again, twice actually, in January.
The Blues are the slight favorites to win with a -120 moneyline. The Kings moneyline is set at EVEN. The game starts at 10 p.m. ET.
