Fiesta Bowl Sees Boise State Taking On Arizona
Boise State fans were not happy with the Broncos mere No. 20 ranking after going 11-2. Teams like Arizona, despite having a weaker overall record, were ranked above them. The Wildcats were ranked No. 10 to close the season.
The Broncos were a victim of their own schedule. Ranked low due to the convenience of an easy schedule. They lost only once as a favorite and finished the season 7-6 against the spread.
