“I still think I’m an All-Star in this league,†Wall said. “I still think I’m a big-time player in this league. In the last two years, there’s a lot of talent that came into this league, and there’s a lot of guys that are still in this league that were talented before I got injured. But I feel like when I’m healthy, I can go against the best of them.â€
Wall experienced his struggles early this year as he worked his way back into form. His performance improved as he got more games under his belt as he averaged 20.6 points and 6.9 assists while shooting 40.4% from the floor.

John Wall produced at a high level, but the Rockets have struggled throughout this season, holding one of the worst records. He may believe he may be an All-Star talent, but there are plenty of other highly talented guards in the Western Conference that he will compete with for a spot All-Star team spot.
There is certainly no lack of confidence in his play, but he will have to prove it with his play.
