2020 NFL schedule: 5 games we can’t wait to see
The 2020 NFL schedule has thrown up some mouthwatering encounters. We take a look at 5 of the best games in the 2020 NFL schedule.
5. Philadelphia Eagles at Dallas Cowboys, Week 16
Last year, the NFC East came down to these two teams battling at Lincoln Financial Field in Week 16. This year could very well see the same result, only happening at AT&T Stadium. With the Washington Redskins and New York Giants both rebuilding, it appears the Eagles and Cowboys will battle to win the NFC East once more. Philadelphia could deal a crushing blow here, while Dallas is looking for revenge after losing in last year’s affair.
4. Baltimore Ravens at Pittsburgh Steelers, Week 12
This is Thanksgiving night, in Pittsburgh, with one of the best rivalries in the game taking center stage. Hopefully the country has bounced back enough for fans to be in the stands, giving this the ultimate setting. The Steelers are hoping the return of Ben Roethlisberger makes all the difference after struggling offensively in an 8-8 season last year. If Baltimore is going to repeat in the AFC North, going into Heinz Field and emerging with a win would be a huge step.

3. Seattle Seahawks at San Francisco 49ers, Week 17
Last season, the Seahawks and 49ers waged a classic in the league’s final regular-season game. San Francisco literally won by an inch and set its course for a trip to Super Bowl LIV. While the Los Angeles Rams and Arizona Cardinals are solid, both the 49ers and Seahawks appear the heavy favorites to win the NFC West. The division could again come down to the final week, with the venue being Levi’s Stadium this time around.
2. Tampa Bay Buccaneers at New Orleans Saints, Week 1
We won’t have to wait long for this one in the 2020 NFL schedule. The Buccaneers and Saints will meet in the Superdome to open their respective seasons, and it will likely have major implications for January. Tom Brady makes his debut in pewter while the Saints are hoping for magic in what’s probably the final season of Drew Brees’ career. Few teams will generate the buzz of the Bucs, who not only have Brady but also a charismatic head coach in Bruce Arians and the return of tight end Rob Gronkowski. Should be wild.

1. Kansas City Chiefs at Baltimore Ravens, Week 3
This one needs little explanation. The Chiefs are the defending champs and their only real threat in the AFC is Baltimore. If the Ravens win this game, they position themselves well for the top seed. If Kansas City wins, Patrick Mahomes will be 3-0 lifetime against Lamar Jackson, and the Chiefs have to be thinking about home-field advantage throughout.
