NFL power rankings, Week 10: Cardinals rule NFC
The NFL power rankings for Week 10 are here, and in the NFC edition, we look at the red-hot Arizona Cardinals shining atop the list.
16. Detroit Lions
Until the Lions can figure out how to win a football game, they’re staying right here.
15. Washington Football Team
Washington had the week off, which is about the best thing I can say about the Football Team. Remember when they were going to be a contender this year?
14. Chicago Bears
The Bears got completely hosed by the officials on Monday night, but the fact remains they aren’t a very good team.
13. New York Giants
New York improved to 3-6 with a win over the Raiders. The Giants have struggled horribly on offense, and the injuries aren’t helping.
12. Philadelphia Eagles
The Eagles have something intriguing in Jalen Hurts. The defense, however, is a tire fire.
11. Atlanta Falcons
The Falcons were in the midst of another epic choke job this weekend, and then somehow they won.

10. Minnesota Vikings
The Vikings are their own worst enemy. Impossible to lose some of these games the way they do.
9. Carolina Panthers
Carolina was off to a 3-0 start and Sam Darnold was playing great. Since, the Panthers are 1-5 and Darnold looks atrocious.
8. San Francisco 49ers
It’s over for Jimmy Garoppolo in San Francisco come season’s end. The real question is if Kyle Shanahan follows him out the door.
7. New Orleans Saints
The Saints might be undone by not having a quarterback, but the defense is very good and the coaching is elite.

6. Seattle SeahawksÂ
The Seahawks are an odd fit here, but they get a huge boost with Russell Wilson coming back. At 3-5, it’s right on time. They’ll be a tough out.
5. Tampa Bay Buccaneers
The Buccaneers had to be thrilled with how things played out across the NFC this week while Tampa Bay enjoyed a bye week.
4. Dallas Cowboys
Tough to fathom how the Broncos came into Dallas and blew the Cowboys out, but Dak Prescott and Co. can’t afford to start reeling.
3. Los Angeles Rams
The Rams had a chance to keep pace with the Cardinals and lost an ugly game to the Titans. Now, they try to regroup for the second half of the season.
2. Green Bay Packers
We can’t overreact to the Packers losing in Kansas City without Aaron Rodgers. Once Rodgers is back, Green Bay will be fine.
1. Arizona Cardinals
At 8-1, the Cardinals are the best team in football. They proved it by smacking the Niners around without Kyler Murray and DeAndre Hopkins.
