There are a dozen Week 7 NFL games on Sunday, and this is what you should be watching for as the day unfolds.
5. How much run does Le’Veon Bell get?
This will be the debut of Le’Veon Bell with the Kansas City Chiefs, who take on the Denver Broncos at Mile High in the late window. Last week, Kansas City ran wild for 245 yards in a 26-17 win over the Buffalo Bills. Now, Bell joins a backfield headlined by rookie sensation Clyde Edwards-Helaire. Don’t expect Bell to garner a ton of carries or targets this week as he’s eased into the offense, but he could make a difference in short yardage and on third down.
4. What to make of the Saints?
This is an enormous game for the New Orleans Saints. They’re coming off a bye week and now draw a division rival in the Carolina Panthers at the Superdome. Despite having a week away, the Saints are without star receivers Emmanuel Sanders and Michael Thomas. At 3-2, New Orleans can’t afford to take on a soft loss with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers at both 4-2 and newly signing Antonio Brown.

3. Can the Jets finally win a game?
This is a sneaky opportunity for the New York Jets to avoid going 0-16. The Buffalo Bills are coming into town and while they should be significantly motivated after losing to the Tennessee Titans and Chiefs in consecutive weeks, they also have issues. Buffalo will be without receiver John Brown, cornerback Josh Norman, guard Cody Ford and tight end Dawson Knox. Additionally, star corner Tre’ Davious White and linebacker Matt Milano are questionable. Perhaps New York can sneak up on an injury-riddled Bills team.
2. Do the 49ers or Patriots earn a crucial win?

At Foxboro on Sunday afternoon, it’s the San Francisco 49ers visiting the New England Patriots. Both teams need the win, as the 49ers are 3-3 and in the brutal NFC West, while the Patriots are sitting in third place of the AFC East at 2-3. New England lost last weekend at home to the Broncos, and while it’s early in the playoff race, a loss here would be disastrous. Whoever wins will feel good. The loser is in peril.

The Pittsburgh Steelers and Tennessee Titans are both 5-0. Now they square off with the winner holding the top spot in the conference while holding a potentially critical tiebreaker. With the game in Nashville, the Titans are favored by 1.5 points, and looking for a signature win to make believers of some skeptical national media.
