NFL Week 10 odds: 5 best bets on favorites

NFL Week 10 kicks off with the Chargers VS the Raiders on Thursday Night Football. We take a look at five favorites bets for NFL Week 10.

5. New Orleans Saints (-13) vs. Atlanta Falcons

It’s a ton of points to swallow, but the Falcons are an absolute disaster. Atlanta hasn’t been able to win a game since Week 2 and former MVP quarterback Matt Ryan is dealing with an ankle injury. Furthermore, the Saints are 7-1, at home and coming off a bye week. Drew Brees and Alvin Kamara are now healthy. Good luck stopping them in the Superdome.

4. Dallas Cowboys (-3) vs. Minnesota Vikings

The Cowboys are only laying the customary three points for a home team, but this could end up being a lopsided affair. The Vikings are a good team coming off a tough loss to the Kansas City Chiefs, but here’s the reality: Kirk Cousins almost never plays well in standalone games, especially on the road. Minnesota needs Dalvin Cook to be the focal point, and Dallas knows it. Could be a tough game for the Vikes.

3. Baltimore Ravens (-10) at Cincinnati Bengals

It’s not often you take a double-digit favorite on the road. It’s even less often when that team is a division rival coming off a bye. However, the Bengals haven’t won a game this season and are benching quarterback Andy Dalton to play rookie Ryan Finley. There’s literally zero evidence Cincinnati is making the right call, because it hasn’t made many good decisions in the past 30 years. Baltimore’s secondary is going to create some turnovers, and Lamar Jackson should run wild.

2. Kansas City Chiefs (-4) at Tennessee Titans

Another road favorite. Look, the Chiefs handled the Minnesota Vikings at home last weekend despite losing the turnover battle, being worse in the red zone and giving up a handful of key third-down conversions, including all three touchdown tosses by Kirk Cousins. How did they win? Tyreek Hill is ridiculous, Matt Moore was steady and the defense is quietly becoming a good unit. The Titans aren’t terrible, but they aren’t the Chiefs. Feel good even if Moore starts again, but if Patrick Mahomes returns? Look out.

1. Green Bay Packers (-5.5) vs. Carolina Panthers

Love the Packers in spot. Yes, the Panthers have been playing solid football at 5-3 and Kyle Allen deserves respect for the way he’s replacing Cam Newton under center. Still, Carolina is limited in the air, and while Christian McCaffrey will get his, that’s not enough against an angry Green Bay team at Lambeau Field. After being thrashed but the Los Angeles Chargers last week, Aaron Rodgers and the Packers are due for a bounce-back effort.
