5. Dallas Cowboys at Los Angeles Chargers (-3.5)
The Cowboys coming in leaking oil a bit with the injuries to receiver Michael Gallup and edge rusher DeMarcus Lawrence, but they still pose a formidable threat. Los Angeles, however, should have the advantage with good health and a hoard of weapons around second-year quarterback Justin Herbert. If the Cowboys have one factor in their favor, it’s extra rest as they have 10 days to prepare for whatever the Bolts bring to them.

4. Tennessee Titans at Seattle Seahawks (-5.5)
Seattle looked great in Week 1, easily beating the Indianapolis Colts on the road. Conversely, the Titans were abysmal in their opener, getting beat 38-13 by the Arizona Cardinals at Nissan Stadium. Tennessee should bounce back and play much better, as few teams can boast a quartet such as quarterback Ryan Tannehill, receivers Julio Jones and A.J. Brown, and running back Derrick Henry. Question is, will that be enough to take down Russell Wilson and Co.?
3. Los Angeles Rams (-3.5) at Indianapolis Colts
After an impressive debut in the blue and gold, quarterback Matthew Stafford hits the road for the first time with the Rams. Los Angeles draws the Colts, who as aforementioned, were soundly beaten in Lucas Oil Stadium by Seattle on Sunday. For Indianapolis, winning this game is about limiting mistakes and having quarterback Carson Wentz make a few excellent plays. Without receiver T.Y. Hilton, that could be a tall order against the Rams’ excellent secondary.

2. Kansas City Chiefs (-3.5) at Baltimore Ravens
Sunday night gives us two of the elite teams in the AFC. In Week 1, it was the Chiefs coming from 12 points down to defeat the Cleveland Browns at Arrowhead Stadium in a wild 33-29 affair. The next night, the Ravens fell to the Las Vegas Raiders in an instant classic, 33-27 in overtime. The big question for Baltimore — which is 0-3 against Patrick Mahomes — is whether injuries and a short week are too much to overcome against the loaded Chiefs.
1. Buffalo Bills (-3.5) at Miami Dolphins
A huge AFC East showdown. If the Dolphins win, they’re 2-0 overall and against the division after beating the New England Patriots in Foxboro last Sunday. For the Bills, they’re coming off a disappointing home loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers, and so getting to 1-1 is imperative if they want to make a run at home-field advantage come January.
