NFL Week 14 2022: A case for each favorite

Las Vegas Raiders (-6) at Los Angeles Rams
The Rams are completely finished. Las Vegas is 5-7 but starting to play better an has an outside shot at the postseason.
New York Jets at Buffalo Bills (-9)
Buffalo is looking for revenge on the Jets, who beat them in the Meadowlands last month. Mike White is no match for Josh Allen.
Cleveland Browns at Cincinnati Bengals (-6)
The Browns have owned the Bengals each of the past five matchups, but Cincinnati is rolling and fighting for the AFC North title.
Houston Texans at Dallas Cowboys (-17)
Have you seen the Texans? The line couldn’t be high enough.
Minnesota Vikings at Detroit Lions (-1)
The Lions are playing much better football over the past month, and there’s a chance they can still push for th playoffs. Wild times in Detroit.

Jacksonville Jaguars at Tennessee Titans (-3.5)
Why is the line so low? The Titans are going to win the AFC South and the Jaguars just finished getting blown out by the Lions.
Philadelphia Eagles (-7) at New York Giants
The Eagles are 11-1 and the league’s best team, while the Giants are 0-2-1 in their last three games. Tough to see New York making enough explosive plays.
Baltimore Ravens at Pittsburgh Steelers (-3)
Without Lamar Jackson, the Ravens are a shell of an offense with a leaky defense. Not a great combination against a tough Steelers team.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers at San Francisco 49ers (-3.5)
Even without Jimmy Garoppolo, the Niners have an elite group of weapons and the best defense in football.

Carolina Panthers at Seattle Seahawks (-3.5)
The Seahawks are a much better team than Carolina, and have much more to play for. Expect Geno Smith to have a big day.
Kansas City Chiefs (-9) at Denver Broncos
If the Chiefs can’t rebound after that miserable loss to the Bengals and simply pound the Broncos, there’s a problem.
Miami Dolphins (-3) at Los Angeles Chargers
Los Angeles hasn’t been able to stop anybody, and Miami has an offense that can score from anywhere at any time.
New England Patriots (-1) at Arizona Cardinals
The Cardinals are a mess. Bill Belichick isn’t losing his season to an Arizona team.
