Houston Rockets GM Makes Entire Roster Available
Sources around the NBA have said that general manager Daryl Morey of the Houston Rockets has made the entire Rockets roster as well as future picks in the draft available in talks related to trades.
The initiative has been made with the hopes of reshaping Houston into a contender for the NBA championship, said the sources.
The possibility that James Harden an All-NBA guard would be traded is considered extremely limited. However, the remainder of the Rockets roster including point guard Chris Paul and center Clint Capela are more realistic targets for trades added the sources.

The remaining balance of Paul’s contract, which is 3 years and $124 million and his age of 34, make the possibilities of a deal somewhat difficult.
Paul did not have one of his better seasons in 2018-2019. His scoring average of 15.6 points was the worst of his career. As well as that, his ranking in player efficiency rating or PER was barely in the top 50. Although, he earned the third highest base salary.
The duo of Harden and Paul had its challenges during the season for Houston, said league sources. The same sources added that the Rockets have become more aggressive over the last few days. Even going as far as offering Capela in trade talks.
The Rockets lost to the Golden State Warriors in the Western Conference semifinals this season. Additionally, in 2017-18 were defeated by the Warriors in the Western Conference finals.
