NFL power rankings, Week 11: Cowboys fall in NFC

The NFL power rankings for Week 11 are out, and in the NFC edition we see the Dallas Cowboys drop down after losing to the Green Bay Packers.

16. Chicago Bears (LW: 14)

Justin Fields is playing really fun football, but the Bears are still losing on a weekly basis. It’s just more entertaining now.

15. New Orleans Saints (LW: 13)

New Orleans was supposed to be one of the better teams in the NFC. Because of injuries, bad quarterback play and bad coaching, it hasn’t happened.

14. Carolina Panthers (LW: 15)

P.J. Walker and Steve Wilks are giving maximum effort, but the roster isn’t anywhere near playoff caliber.

13. Detroit Lions (LW: 16)

The Lions have won two straight — including a road game for the first time since 2020 — giving some hope to Motown as we turn toward Thanksgiving.

12. Los Angeles Rams (LW: 10)

Remember when the Rams won the Super Bowl? That feels like a lifetime ago.

11. Atlanta Falcons (LW: 8)

Marcus Mariota legitimately could have thrown a half-dozen interceptions against the Panthers in that hideous loss last week.

10. Arizona Cardinals (LW: 12)

The Cardinals got a win over the Rams with Colt McCoy at the helm. Can they snag another divisional victory on Monday night against the Niners?

9. Green Bay Packers (LW: 11)

After losing five straight, the Packers finally got off the deck with a comeback win over the Cowboys.

8. Washington Commanders (LW: 9)

Washington knocked off the Eagles, giving them their first loss of the year. At 5-5 and with the one-win Houston Texans up next, the Commanders are in the playoff hunt.

7. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (LW: 7)

Tom Brady is inevitable, even at 45 years old.

6. Seattle Seahawks (LW: 4)

Seattle lost to Tampa Bay in German, but stays ahead of the Bucs in the NFL power rankings because the Seahawks have been the much better team all year.

5. New York Giants (LW: 6)

At 7-2, the Giants don’t inspire confidence in how they win … but they keep winning. Really impressive.

4. San Francisco 49ers (LW: 5)

The 49ers might be the most talented team in the NFC alongside Philadelphia. Big win on Sunday night over the Los Angeles Chargers.

3. Dallas Cowboys (LW: 2)

Blowing a 14-point lead against this version of the Packers should be a federal offense.

2. Minnesota Vikings (LW: 3)

Minnesota found the most improbable way possible to beat the Bills in Buffalo, but beat them it did.

1. Philadelphia Eagles (LW: 1)

Even with the upset loss to Washington, it’s impossible to not have the Eagles as the NFC’s best through 10 weeks.
