NFL Week 11 odds: Reason to bet each favorite

If you’re looking to bet some favorites looking at the NFL Week 11 odds, here is a reason for each and every one of them.

New England Patriots (-7) at Atlanta Falcons

The Patriots are coming off a 45-7 win and head for Atlanta on Thursday night. Bill Belichick is going to give the Falcons’ offense all sorts of problems.

Baltimore Ravens (-6) at Chicago Bears

Baltimore desperately needs to handle business after a horrid loss to the Dolphins. Expect the Ravens to come out firing.

Detroit Lions at Cleveland Browns (-10)

This is Cleveland’s season. The Browns are getting a winless Lions team at home. Now or never.

Green Bay Packers (-2.5) at Minnesota Vikings

The Packers are the superior team, with the superior coach, and the superior quarterback. This is a rough matchup for Minnesota, even at home.

Houston Texans at Tennessee Titans (-10.5)

Have you watched the Texans attempt to play football this year?

Indianapolis Colts at Buffalo Bills (-7)

The Bills crushed the Jets last week, and now get the Colts who don’t have the same type of firepower Buffalo employs.

Miami Dolphins (-3) at New York Jets

The Jets are giving up 45 points per game over the last two weeks and more than 44 points per game over the past month. Yikes.

New Orleans Saints at Philadelphia Eagles (-1.5)

The Saints have an offensive problem, missing Jameis Winston and Michael Thomas. Philadelphia has the talent to outscore a limited New Orleans squad.

San Francisco 49ers (-6.5) at Jacksonville Jaguars

The 49ers are getting a game against Urban Meyer, who is (likely) looking for JUCO jobs at this point.

Washington Football Team at Carolina Panthers (-3.5)

Carolina now has Cam Newton under center, and while he’s no longer elite, he’s miles better than Sam Darnold.

Cincinnati Bengals (-1) at Las Vegas Raiders

The Bengals are coming off a bye week and a two-game losing streak. The offense should be able to torch Las Vegas’ secondary.

Dallas Cowboys at Kansas City Chiefs (-2.5)

The Chiefs finally look right offensively, and the defense has been excellent for the better part of five weeks. Tough spot for the Cowboys at Arrowhead.

Arizona Cardinals (-2.5) at Seattle Seahawks

Russell Wilson doesn’t look healthy, and Seattle’s defense is a mess.

Pittsburgh Steelers at Los Angeles Chargers (-5)

The Steelers’ quarterback depth chart. Enough said.

New York Giants at Tampa Bay Buccaneers (-11)

The Buccaneers have lost two straight and Tom Brady has been bad in both contests. This is a proverbial hornet’s nest for the Giants.
