Ravens star wide receiver Zay Flowers: ‘I feel 100%’
After making Baltimore Ravens history by being the first wide receiver for the franchise to make the Pro Bowl, Zay Flowers went down with a knee injury, which resulted in him missing the NFL playoffs, a big blow for John Harbaugh’s squad.
Fortunately for the Ravens, Flowers has recovered from the knee injury and says he’s 100 percent moving forward with OTAs underway for Baltimore, via Jamison Hensley of ESPN.
“My knee is great,” Flowers said at the start of the Ravens’ second week of organized team activities. “I feel 100%. I feel like I’m ready for the season. No limits.”
The return of Flowers will give an already potent Ravens offense that much more firepower heading into the 2025 campaign. Offensive coordinator Todd Monken wants to get the ball in Flowers’ hands more often next season.
“We just have to get him the ball more,” Ravens offensive coordinator Todd Monken said. “He’s an unbelievable football player. He’s not only an outside receiver that has elite route-running skills. But he’s unbelievable with the ball in his hands. So you have a guy that fits two positions and plays two spots.”
Baltimore will have Super Bowl aspirations right out of the gate heading into the 2025 campaign, as they will be stacked on offense once again with superstars Lamar Jackson and Derrick Henry leading the way.

The Ravens will be one of the few teams in the AFC expected to be title contenders, along with the Buffalo Bills, Kansas City Chiefs and potentially others like the Houston Texans and Los Angeles Chargers.
