NFL Week 11 2022: A case for each underdog
As we look towards the NFL Week 11 lines, here’s a case for every underdog to cover their spreads and perhaps win outright.
Tennessee Titans at Green Bay Packers (-3)
The Titans are the better team, and certainly the more consistent one. Tennessee can win by playing a simple game and executing in the red zone, where it’s been great all year.
Chicago Bears at Atlanta Falcons (-3)
The Bears and Falcons are basically the same teams. Tons of rushing, no defense and a bunch of wild games. Take the points.
Cleveland Browns at Buffalo Bills (-8.5)
The weather is going to turn Orchard Park into a snow globe. Not ideal for the Bills, but very ideal for the Browns, who want to pound the ball.
Philadelphia Eagles (-6.5) at Indianapolis Colts
Indianapolis has new life under head coach Jeff Saturday, who has put Matt Ryan back under center. The Colts aren’t anywhere near the talent level of Philadelphia, but expect a hard-fought tilt.
New York Jets at New England Patriots (-3)
Sneaky-great game here. The Patriots and Jets are both fighting for a playoff spot. New York is looking for the season split, and if Zach Wilson protects the ball, it can happen for the more talented team.

Los Angeles Rams at New Orleans Saints (-4)
The Saints just got hammered by the Steelers. Not a big injection of confidence before taking on a Rams team that either wins or fades into oblivion.
Detroit Lions at New York Giants (-3)
Jared Goff has one of the league’s more underrated offenses at his disposal. Also, the Lions are brimming with confidence after two straight wins, and the Giants don’t blow anybody out.
Carolina Panthers at Baltimore Ravens (-12)
Power of prayer? All jokes aside, a really good defensive performance by Carolina. That’s the hope.
Washington Commanders (-3) at Houston Texans
The Texans hang tough in every game, and Washington is one of the most inconsistent teams in the league.
Las Vegas Raiders at Denver Broncos (-2.5)
Don’t bet this game. But if you do, the Raiders are the more talented group, even without Hunter Renfrow and Darren Waller.

Dallas Cowboys (-1) at Minnesota Vikings
The Vikings are 8-1 and riding a seven-game winning streak. This is a disrespectful line for the home side.
Kansas City Chiefs (-6.5) at Los Angeles Chargers
This is a massive game for the Chargers. If they lose, the division is over and wild card dreams are starting to slip away. Time to let Justin Herbert air it out.
Cincinnati Bengals (-4.5) at Pittsburgh Steelers
The Steelers are always a fantastic underdog play, especially at home under head coach Mike Tomlin. This stays very close because of Pittsburgh’s defense.
San Francisco 49ers (-8) at Arizona Cardinals
Neutral site game alert! As for the Cardinals, they’re 4-6 and a loss all but ends their season. Look for DeAndre Hopkins to go off against a banged-up Niners secondary.
